[Bug] The language is not applied correctly upon the first launch, despite the translation being available.

Describe the bug

I have not tested other languages, so I am unsure if this issue is specific to Korean, but the language does not change properly when the program is launched for the first time.
In the language settings, it displays "ko," but the interface language is in English.
The interface language only updates to Korean after it is manually changed to Korean from this menu.
