Final update recommendations (especially for forkers)

I have put together a list of things that I think should be added, some of these may already be added or impossible, idk.

• Dive-in/Multiplayer bans
• Security patches (ofc)
• Level uploading from Refresh.Gameserver
• Changing certain website options for users from Refresh.Gameserver (EX: RPCS3 and PS3 authentication)
• Easier reskinning for the website
• Logging
• Prefixes to mark levels as reuploads
• Better documentation

I may have gotten some things wrong here, dont bash me for it.

A lot of these are duplicates or already implemented:

• Dive-in/Multiplayer bans
  This is already implemented by the Restricted role. Also worth noting that P2P is handled by the PS3s themselves, so we can't moderate that.
• Security patches (ofc)
  This is part of the reasons we're stepping away.
• Level uploading from Refresh.Gameserver
  Downloading/Uploading levels from API #26
• Changing certain website options for users from Refresh.Gameserver (EX: RPCS3 and PS3 authentication)
  I think this can be done via the administrator API already, but not via the website.
• Easier reskinning for the website
  Already possible, see the appearance tab under your user settings.
• Logging
  ..? We already have fairly extensive logging?
• Prefixes to mark levels as reuploads
  Duplicate of Level prefixes in level names to allow users to mark their levels as reuploads/anonymously #715
• Better documentation
  Vague
