Add Calendar Governance Model and OpenFGA documentation Add two new pages to the Authentication & RBAC section: - Calendar Governance Model: the ecclesial governance model (Holy See, Conferences of Bishops, diocesan bishops) and how hierarchical data with parallel per-level governance maps to the authorization system - OpenFGA Fine-Grained Authorization: authorization model, object types and relations, middleware integration, tuple outbox lifecycle, test scoping, and deployment configuration Also bring existing pages up to date with the current implementation: unified /auth/access-requests routes, admin/editor/viewer relations (deleter retired), calendar-scoped test types (test_definition retired), current database tables, Doctrine migrations, and the OpenFGA and Mailpit services in the Docker Compose stack.
