This is my proposal for the Engineers of Cortex, with a similar draft for the Armada Engineer Corp in the works. This one is set up to be more "all-encompassing," referring to the various engineer types as a collective whole.
If preferred, a distinct separation between tech levels and engineer types can be worked in as well.
