When you go to:
https://singly.com/dashboard/develop#Develop-BuildAnApp
or:
https://singly.com/dashboard/develop#Develop-ApiExplorer
you get something like: 'Cannot GET /dashboard/develop' in plain text, rather than something that tells you what's going on. @kristjan says on IRC that the first should be visible when you're not logged in as a developer, and the second needs dev info, so it should fail with an informative error.
