+Once a support ticket is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email about ticket creation. A LoginRadius technician is then assigned based on the request urgency level, and you will receive updates on the ticket via email once the technician starts working on it.

+Domain customization allows you to use your domain Instead of redirecting your users to the LoginRadius domain. It will enable you to maintain consistency and gives a frictionless experience to your users.
+
+
+To use a custom domain, you need to register your domain and map it with your LoginRadius Domain.
+
+For example: Your LoginRadius domain is `https://<your-app-name>.hub.loginradius.com/auth.aspx`, upon mapping your domain, users will see your custom domain `https://<your-domain>.com/auth.aspx`during authentication.
+
+To access the **Domain Customization**, login to your [LoginRadius Dashboard](https://dashboard.loginradius.com/dashboard) account, from the left navigation panel, click the **Auth Page (IDX)** and then navigate to the **Domain Customization** section.

+The Manage Roles section allows you to grant different levels of roles and permissions to your users and restrict their access to portions of your site.
+
+**Role**: The role is the title given to the set of Permissions you will grant the user, e.g., Developer, Moderator, Admin. A role can have multiple permissions.
+**Permissions**: Permissions are to define what type of access you want to grant to each role, e.g., Add, Edit, Delete.
+
+Example: You have Moderators on a web forum, and you want them to be able to "Edit" posts but not "Delete" them. In this case, you would create a "Moderator" role for your moderators and give this role the "Edit" Permission.
