Highlights

• Enforce a single unfinished Inner Court discussion at a time.
• Attach new Inner Court rooms to each Agent's canonical agent:<agentId>:main session so task-board work and Inner Court conversations share working memory.
• Add a live work-status panel with current task, recent activity, source task, and blocking information.
• Add read-only progress requests for running Agents; requests are queued and duplicate clicks are coalesced without creating a new task or changing the original task.
• Add first-run readiness checks for runtime dependencies, provider credentials, model discovery, and Agent bindings.
• Fix cancellation races so a run is marked active only after its process is actually created.
• Add deletion controls for terminal records in Inner Court archives, Court Discussions, the task board, memorials, and detail pages.
• Keep original Agent Skills intact during shared Inner Court runs; command execution, arbitrary file writes, and task dispatch remain disabled during discussions.

• Python: 240 passed, 1 skipped.
• Desktop/Vitest: 39 passed.
• Playwright UI: 16 passed.
• Source Electron launch and smoke checks passed before producing arm64 and x64 ZIP packages.

Security boundary

Release assets do not include personal provider details, API keys, local runtime data, logs, caches, or credentials. Configure your own provider on each computer after first launch. This package is unsigned and not notarized.
