Potable Tablet Wont Open Anymore

After I started playing a new world i made a portable tablet and it wont seem to open up at all.
Not sure what information you need so please ask me if you need any info at all :)

I have yet to figure out why the tablet wont open anymore.can this be caused by another mod?is this a de-sync issue? would there be anyway to tell by looking in the fml?
