Desktop installers for akribia.

Installers are unsigned. macOS: right-click the app → Open (or
xattr -d com.apple.quarantine <file>). Windows: "More info" → "Run
anyway" on the SmartScreen prompt.

akribia is a research/educational tool, not a diagnostic instrument.
