Feature Description

Allow some of the augmentation/utility functions in m2l to be run without an entire project. Useful if you want to use some features e.g. get basal contacts but don't have a structural dataset.

• Add an API for access different augmentation/utility functions
• Refactor samplers so they don't require the mapdata object and can be initialised using the datasets they use
• Move basal contact/extract contacts to a sampler like class
