Tidepool not showing calibration BGs when syncing via Tidepool Service Plugin

Describe the bug
I'm using the Tidepool Service Plugin that was released with Loop v3.2.0. When entering BGs during a CGM sensor warm-up via the Loop app, Tidepool shows entered BG values. When entering calibration BGs via the Dexcom app, the BGs are updated upon next Loop cycle / sync with CGM, but Tidepool does not reflect that I have entered any manual BG.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Dexcom G6 app.
2. Click on 'Settings' > 'Calibrate', enter a BG and save.
3. Open your Tidepool dashboard.
4. No calibration BGs show up.

Expected behavior
I expect the calibraton BG to show up in Tidepool 1) under the BG log and 2) under the Daily tab in the BG graph as a "BG manual" dot similar to what Nightscout would show.

Adding to my issue from 2 days ago: For a timeframe from 05:28 - 06:38 pm on Monday, 20th April, the Tidepool dashboard is showing every sensor value as a manual BG entry (see screenshots of Tidepool dashboard and in BG log tab below). In that timeframe I did one manual calibration (entered in Dexcom G6 app) at 05:48 pm.

Nightscout shows only the 1 single calibration BG, all other values are shown correctly as sensor values.

I did some digging around and for whatever odd reason these values were reported via Apple Healthkit by my food tracking app Yazio. What makes this even more odd is the fact that Yazio does not collect BG, nor can you enter it anywhere in the app. That said, I do have the Tidepool Mobile app on my phone (for taking notes around meals, etc.) but AH is not connected and I have never synced from the TM app. So I'm not sure whether this was an issue caused by user error (me), or some weird data sync issue by Loop's Tidepool Service Plugin, AH and 3rd party apps that write to AH.
