Widget text truncated on small screens (e.g. iPhone 13 Mini)

Describe the bug
On a device with a small screen (e.g. iPhone 13 Mini), the lock screen widget shows truncated text for glucose values. E.g. instead of showing '190 ->' it shows '19...' . The missing arrow makes the lock screen information a lot less useful.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install Loop on an iPhone 13 Mini, with default screen zoom and default text size. (Or similar device; the bug is presumably reproducible on any similarly small screen, and probably also in the iOS simulator for these devices.)
2. Enable the lock screen widget.
3. Wait for a 3-digit glucose value, and observe the widget's display.

Expected behavior
The widget information (e.g. glucose values, 'Updated' timestamps) should be shown non-truncated, or resized to slightly smaller text to ensure this.

Note that in the screenshot, there are four text truncations: '19...', 'Active Insul...', 'Active Car...', and '8:59...'. For at least some of these, modifying the corresponding text element as follows might work (I'm not set up at the moment to try it):
