Critical pod fault on 3rd day: 203

Describe the bug

All my last Omnipods had a Pod Failure on the third day. It was always Pod fault code 203 (19-02463-12051-203). Every Failure happened during a bolus/basal. I already updated my Phone and the loop but it's still the same.

I hope somebody can help. Im not sure but maybe the old iPhone (13) is the Problem.

This is a known problem not with loop. It’s speculated this is a change in manufacturing issue, or poor-quality batteries being installed in the pods. Please check the loop docs for more information and close this issue. Ben
