chore: update FAQ #360
Description
The FAQ has out of date instructions on installing using conda, referencing dev_staging as the target branch.
Also has an explanation of the old log format.
There may be other references which need updating, these should be found and updated in the .md files found in https://github.com/LooseLab/readfish/tree/main/docs/questions
