- kb.pl: kb_entities_by_source/2 now checks sourceFile first, falls back to source
- checks.pl: normalize value_type before value_type_matches_field to fix false positives
- cli/schema: add sourceFile property and executable_for/verified_by/validates relationships
- tests: regression coverage for sourceFile lookup, typed-literal normalization, schema parity
