Docs rework for WolfSDK 0.2.0: guides, FAQ, mod format, dev menu, rounds 6-10
- New user guides in English and German: WolfSDK Loader, WolfSDK Studio,
FAQ, Mod Format; one topic per section with Keywords lines, written for
retrieval by the community bot.
- Modding Guide, Home, Sidebar and Modding Limits reworked for 0.2.0.
- New TNC-Dev-Menu page; Developer Mode, custom maps (new map names via
dlc_0), patch precedence, Kiscule editor, audio, normal maps, console
binds and Known Contradictions brought up to date.
- 24 research reports from rounds 6 to 10; research index completed.

Correct the New Order console and cheat-cvar statements
Ctrl+^ opens the console, com_allowConsole does not; toggle force-sets cheat cvars;
god/noclip/notarget/give/spawn do not exist. Code-only findings are marked as such.
Fixes the broken anchor on TNO-Virtual-Textures.
