Logitech G510

Status: untested – described from the kernel driver hid-lg-g15, no test hardware. Supported by the kernel since Linux 5.5. USB IDs 046d:c22d, and 046d:c22e while a headset uses the built-in audio.

Feedback from G510 owners is very welcome, see Troubleshooting.

Keys

Keys Function
G1–G18 bindable
L1–L4 (below the LCD) bindable
BD (round button next to the LCD keys) fixed: next LCD page
M1–M3 fixed: switch layer
MR fixed: start/stop macro recording (while the application is open)
Headphone mute, microphone mute passed through unchanged, so they keep working

gkey-config only uses the keyboard's gaming-key interface; the normal keys are not affected.

Not confirmed on hardware: the physical order of BD and L1–L4 (taken from the driver's G15 code).

LCD

Monochrome, 160 × 43 pixels, same pages as on the G13 – see LCD pages. The LCD output has not been tested on a G510 yet.

Backlight

RGB colour per profile in the Backlight tab. M LEDs show the layer, the MR LED lights while recording.
