Update all projects apart from the two WPF projects to the new project format. This means that most of their contents can be deleted as it will all be done automatically. Deleted some duplicate old classes from TREnvironmentEditor - must have been committed but not part of the project. Deleted the TRLevelTestRunner project (unused).
