Solves #382

When secrets are randomized
Check if there is any requiring damage

Add 1 small med in start inventory for each easy damage and one large med for each hard one.

Moreover , if any secrets requiring damage is present, add 1 small med if its the beginning of the game (sequence <2)
Add 1 large med if its an unarmed level.

The principal aspect had been forgotten on the last version... RequiresDamage is back !:D
