Adds @makotocchi's rearranged secrets as an available secret pack. Most locations were already present, but have been adjusted slightly to match the original positions exactly.
Environment modifications will ensure the level state is as required in each case. For Venice and Offshore Rig, previous changes now become conditional based on the secrets, and for other cases we make individual modifications and manually undo others to suit.
