[Feature Request] Flag to load a json/a card

Hi,

It would be really sweet if we could load a json/card directly from command line, for instance:
koboldcpp.exe llmg.bin --stream --launch --load myIncredibleStory.json

hmm, that's a bit contrary to the current design approach of the lite client being mostly self contained and only interfacing through the Kobold API. is there any major reason why this is a lot better? right now you can already easily drag and drop the stories to open them in browser, or open them from the load menu.

I see 2 use cases.

1. It would allow to distribute to a very non-tech savvy/non-english speaker a simple package containing:
   koboldcpp.exe + a local model + a json with the prompt and the perfect config for this model + a .bat file

...along with the very simple instruction to just "run START_GAME.bat", as simple as launching a video game, and they will be greeted with a prompt in their native language when it opens.

2. Another use case could be quickly switch betwen model/config. For instance :
   -having a .bat launching a local mode/loral+its json config file specializing in writing code.
   -another .bat to launch another local model+its json config for role-play.
   -another model trained on a specific internal code base, another specialized in cooking recipes etc.
