Create a new project: add the example dashboard

I'd like to test someone adding a separate project for the solution that adds an extension to the backoffice.

Umbraco's umbraco-extension dotnet template comes with an option to add an example dashboard. That's good enough!

If you need guidance on using that dotnet template, please refer to the docs, remember to use the -ex parameter:

Get the dashboard rendering locally in your fork, and then do a pull request.

Unlike contributions with schema and content changes (eg #2 ), this contribution should just need to be reviewed and merged into main. As once the code has been deployed, the dashboard should be visible in the live backoffice.

Thanks again @Rockerby for helping out with this one, this is now added with PR #10 and some updates to the build workflow that build the npm bits on GitHub before shipping it to Cloud (Cloud has no way to do NPM builds):
