Yes, I can provide a file of the model that has broken animation, but I assume that any model with custom animations for running/jumping/swimming or even just tail shaking, if there is one, will break. (Oops, GitHub doesn't support .cpmmodel files.)
UPD - I wanted to test this bug on a local world with myself, but apparently only a second player on a different computer and IP has the bug.
UPDx2 It's most likely a ping or something else bug, and it only gets fixed after shutting down the local server lol

It's not related to ping. Shutting down and reloading the server forces clients to re-initialize the player's model.

I cannot replicate this bug with only CPM + Changed, I suspect that another mod is interfering. Could you check if this issue is occuring without CPM?

At least when I played with a friend there were only two mods Changed + CPM

(I also forgot that there was a TaCZ mod)
