Using the Netty API creating a HTTP-SERVER for Minecraft Server

Command: sync start/stop:to start the http-server or stop it

Config file:connectionNum:the connectionNum of the server;
            bandWidth:the outbound bandwidth (Mbps)
            port:0 means using a random idle port
            sourcePath:source path to download mods

Require Minecraft Version:1.8+
