In this new version:
- Added GitHub Actions CI
- Added support for MyPy
- Removed explicit call to TensorFlow for typing and now using Keras instead
- Added Pytest Readme, so that all code in the README certainly executes (at least it did at one point :p)
- Resolved code smells
