Bug Fixes

  • CSV upload now enriches heard talkgroups — Uploading a talkgroup CSV via the web UI wrote tags to the talkgroup_directory reference table but never pushed them into the heard talkgroups table. Existing talkgroups with empty tags stayed empty until the next call on that tgid or a full restart. Now runs bulk enrichment immediately after upload. The API response includes an enriched count showing how many heard talkgroups were updated.

Improvements

  • Duplicate tgid detection in CSV imports — CSV files with the same talkgroup ID on multiple rows now report a duplicates count in both the startup log (WARN level) and the upload API response. Helps diagnose why database row counts differ from CSV row counts (last entry wins on upsert).
