Build a responsive freelancer profile page that displays key information about the freelancer, including profile image, bio, skills, completed projects, reputation score, and wallet address. The page should be designed with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Shadcn UI for consistency and scalability.

• Display profile image and bio
• Show skills list with clean styling
• Section for completed projects
• Reputation score visible and styled
