Syncs the vendored Suicide-Marauder firmware + provisioner to the canonical forensic-wipe + red-team round 3 update (encryption-aware verify, resume convergence, factory/scratch coverage, RAM scrub). The Universal Flasher tool itself is unchanged from v1.1.0; this updates the bundled anti-forensic provisioning sources only. Suicide builds remain SAFE_MODE-first and hardware-unvalidated — see the Suicide-Marauder repo.
