upload video can't generate Preview image lychee install on windows10

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
I installed FFmpeg on windows ,and add path to it .
lychee setting "has FFmpeg" still "0"
and I manually set it to "1"
but It doesn't work.

This needs quite a strong fix on the https://github.com/LycheeOrg/php-exif side and sadly I don't have the time for it. :(
