Can't install extensions in SwarmUI

What happened?

Clicking 'install' on any of the available extensions on theSwarmUI Server>Extensions tab either does nothing, or says the extension has been installed. However on restart, nothing has been installed.

Still having this problem on a fresh install of everything (Windows 11)

Possibly/probably related: trying to list 'Python Pages' from the three dots on the packages page of SwarnUI results in a 'Pip not found' error, followed almost immediately by a hard crash to desktop.

It appears the workaround is to run the update-windows.bat batch file following the installation to force a recompile of SwarmUI.

In StabilityMatrix packages page, Click the three dots on Swarm UI > Package Commands > Rebuild .NET Project

Ideally, the project should be recompiled automatically on restart if new extensions are detected, but this works as well.
