Scrolling of one console window forces all other windows to scroll

What happened?

I noticed that even after finishing update of ConfyUI and beginning of update of OneTrainer I opened logs of ComfyUI they kept scrolling down untill OneTrained finished updating.

Steps to reproduce

1. prepare window with static text (for example logs of confyUI update) does not have to be opened
2. create window with text which scrolls (e. g. run ConfyUI and begin generating)
3. open prepared window with text and scroll up. Once window with moving text writes a line which scrolls the window, window with static text scrolls at the end.

window 2 does not even needs to be visible
