LayoutScope v0.2.2: hosted reports and a real upstream fix

LayoutScope v0.2.2 is out.

This release makes hosted reports easier to share and easier to trust:

• immutable v0.2.2 install and GitHub Action examples
• custom report title, description, canonical URL, and social image metadata
• a zero-setup scan command against the public react-admin demo
• a real-world contrast finding that led to Fix demo login hint contrast marmelab/react-admin#11340

The project is intentionally deterministic and local: no reference screenshots, API key, or model call. The most useful feedback right now is a small page fixture that produces a false positive or a visual bug LayoutScope misses.

Known priorities:

• selector/rule suppressions for CI
• fixed and sticky occlusion detection
• PR summaries and SARIF examples

When reporting a result, please include the route, viewport, rule ID, and the smallest reproduction you can share.
