* Added G1-G24 pads to the symbol, assigned GND signal * Changed footprint per manufacturers specs * Renamed the footprint from QFN-140 to MCM-iMX93 https://www.compulab.com/products/computer-on-modules/mcm-imx93-nxp-i-mx-93-som-smd-system-on-module/#devres
This is just a concept of the PCB layout. Work-in-progress

Excellent! One comment - SoM pads, including those labeled G[1-28], should not be covered with solder paste, otherwise it will be difficult to solder it without a hot plate. |
