Investigate strange Jupyter workspace UI artifacts

Several users have reported strange UI artifacts in their workspaces. See attached screenshot provided by one of these users.

This user was asked to do the following:

• restart their workspace
• reset their workspace

But neither of these resolved the issue. The platform team have not been able to replicate this issue. User provided their workspace settings (attached).

Likely need to reach out to 2i2c.
