Make Instructions

If Boost libraries are not already installed, start here.

To make the MADHAT executable, run the command make in the main MADHAT directory.
Note: to remove old files, run the command make clean in the main MADHAT directory.

Verifying Your Installation

The input

./madhat Set1.dat 0.95 dmtest.in

should produce an output file Output/dmtest_Set1_0.9500.out that contains the following output:
