Oxide v0.0.29

Reliability sweep: tool calls are structurally paired on every provider (no more re-plan loops or dangling calls), a doom-loop guard stops identical repeated calls, and every external wait is bounded (provider HTTP, hooks, MCP connects, CLI children) so the agent can no longer hang forever. GUI: composer un-wedges on engine errors, @mention no longer lags on big repos, sticky-bottom autoscroll, two-click restore confirm, menu/card animations.

Install: open the dmg, drag Oxide to Applications, then run once: xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Oxide.app
