Selected version remains checked after changing working directory but won't re-download

After downloading a version, switching the working directory leaves that version still checked in the UI. However, the program does not re-download it to the new folder—the new directory stays empty.

A workaround is to restart the program, or pick a different version to download first and then switch back to the target version, which forces the download to happen. But directly after switching directories, there's no way to re-download the currently checked version.

Expected behavior: Changing the working directory should clear all version selections.
