Add introduction info and picture for Namir Oues

To test it locally, I followed the instructions. However, I could not build the site with the current configurations in the Gemfile. I was getting this error: ffi-1.17.1-x86_64-linux-musl requires rubygems version >= 3.3.22, which is incompatible with the current version, 3.0.6, even after I updated rubygems.

To make it work, I had to switch to ruby v3 locally, and the latest jekyll docker container. I've reverted this change to prevent incompatibilities with other maintainers, but if it's a known issue I'd appreciate any help resolving it.
