MDAnalysis is running a free, 2-day, in-person Molecular Nodes workshop at King's College London (Strand Campus) on September 17-18, 2026. Registration is first come, first served until September 4th.
Molecular Nodes (MN) - which is built on top of MDAnalysis - is an add-on for Blender to visualize and animate structural biology data. Attendees will learn the basics of working in Blender, importing molecular data, and building animations from it. No prior Blender experience is required. If you'd like to animate your own data, you're welcome to bring it , though demo data will also be available to follow along during the workshop.
