Logstash Configurator Generator

Welcome to the logstash-configuration-generator wiki!

This module is part of the Federation Framework for data Sharing (F2Share) that allows to federate data from heterogeneous data sources. For instance, biobank data can be integrated with register data, lab data, research data etc. This software framework is based on Elastic Stack and in-House developer modules to integrate all the component in an automated workflow.
