First of all I am pretty new to these displays so if this is a really dumb question please let me know.
Second, Everthing software wise is working perfectly the way I want it to. Everything is updating and everything is showing correctly. My problem is that I get a really minor flicker that goes accross the entire board in straight lines. Its not the entire board that flickers but like a few rows and very lightly. Is this a refresh rate issue? or do I have something wrong here.
Raspberry PI 3
64x32 RGB LED Matrix - 4mm pitch PID: 2278
Adafruit RGB Matrix Bonnet for Raspberry Pi PID: 3211

Ive done a lot of searching and I did find a place to fix this was to sold

er pins 4 and 18 on the bonnet together and that would resolve the flicker but it did not. Im wondering if its something that needs to be changed with the refresh rate? Or is this normal behavior?
