Add support for https://github.com/MODFLOW-ORG/modflow6-examples. Followup to #190 and #191. Some refactoring including switching the registry file to TOML. Also add a
copy_tofunction which copies a model to a new workspace. Finally, deprecate the old model access fixtures.Miscellaneous:
