This prevents the MOC code from crashing when namelist options are not present (a temporary solution until we have support for mapping namelist options)

TestingI have successfully run the complete analysis on all three configurations at LANL modified by this PR by using the compute nodes. Until #164 is merged, it's dangerous to use the login nodes because of the huge memory consumption. |

Add a new config file for the
B-EC60to30wLI_with_double_countrun that @JeremyFyke has been running.Update the locations of mapping files and Atlantic MOC mask files for 2 other LANL configurations.
Update MOC computations to have a try/except around namelist option checks (which were crashing for older ACME versions such as used in
B-EC60to30wLI_with_double_count).
