[bug/skill mechanism] never occured critical heal

there was critical heal in MS2, but at least KMS2.

critical heal affects +50%p more bouns heal when occurs., and the critical heal chance occurs by players seperately.

critical heal applies list(most of the cure methods)

• all of the potions intake
• healingspot
• all of the priest's skills, heavygunner's medical kit
• nairin's lunchbox(when eat anything)
• cure aura lapentier(basically 30% of total cures, 45% of total when critical heals)

not affect critical heal

• greenhood flare

i had tend to investigate the critical heal success rate but i didn't it before KMS2 Service termination. so i don't know what the critical hit fomula is, and it really completely follows critical damage success rate fomula.

ah, one thing to raise critical heal rate was upper LUK stat. it increases the chance to critical heal and leads to more stable HP support.
