Rain delay remaining: Set to 0 instead of unavailable?

I have an ask if it is possible to cahnge the behaviour of the sensor for "Rain delay remaining". Currently it wen't to unavailable when there is no rain detected.

Is there a possibility to just change it to 0?

Would that be also a valid approach?

Why?
When it's 0 it's unavailable.
No need to keep it available, as there's is no longer a delay (hence being unavailable)

For me there might be a difference, therefore the ask.
Unavailable always get in my opinion a negative aspect and may be thinking that there might be an error.
For sure at some points it makes sense to bring entities to unavailable.

Here I thought it might "only" be a number and I wan't to have an ask or discussion about.

From as technical perspective I have no issue with that, but in my opinion it looks smoother on dashboards if there might be a 0 and a valid entity instead an "unavailable". But as mentioned, only an ask.
