Seed sphere creation not works

Describe the bug
Seed sphere can't be made.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Elveland
2. Talk to Seed Master
3. Click on Seed Sphere Assembly
4. Scroll down to '....'
5. See error

Expected behavior
NPC should allow to take required items to create a Seed Sphere
