url and link paths on a github pages deployment

I did this to fix some issues with the url paths on a github pages site. I think there is another way to do it with HtmlBaseplugin but the copilot did it this way. https://www.11ty.dev/docs/plugins/html-base/

Other questions:

Would you recommend a different approach for managing path prefixes in the template architecture?
Any suggestions for making the templates more maintainable when dealing with multiple deployment environments?

This might be related to the slugify issue resolved in #49. Give it a look and let me know.
