They already exist in the .css file
All the JS files have shorter directory path
I decided to split the files in different folders because they are getting bigger and it wasn't wise to keep them in the main directory of static

The new changes will split the static files in Teleop (TEL) into a folder for each menu in the interface. It is necessary because each menu had more than one JS file and all were in
/staticfolder of TEL.These changes are already made in RFC12_ConfigurationFile but this feature is now on hold (due to changes in the development process prioritizing one-segment development instead of multi-segment), therefore it was important to move the changes in its own branch so future branches can use it.
