This updates the remote-aware DSPi Windows Console fork to version 1.1.5 to maintain parity with 1.1.5beta.

The application is available as a folder (requires .NET 8) that can be placed anywhere or as a single-file .exe. The latter is more convenient but slower to start.

This is a build of the remote_link fork which adds remote control of DSPi instances using the DSPiCliServer application in the DSPiCliRemote repository.

The DSPiConsoleMz.ZIP file contains a standalone executable. It's a bit slower at start (as it extracts stuff) but very convenient.
