CC doesn't not autostart no matter what I do

My settings in CC:

OS: Windows 11 24H2

What I've tried:

1. Added a new entry in the registry under "Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run"
2. Added a shortcut to "shell:startup"

It appears twice now under the Startup apps, but still doesnt work... I have to start it manually every time.
